I trialed the free version of this but it wasn't until i tried to sync all my albums that i realised i had been had. I thought i w as doing something wrong as i couldn't believe it was so annoyingly useless. I contacted tech support on numerous occassions for help but never got a reply - says a lot!! Be warned. I have about albums which Itunes synched but it mixed them all up and it was very messy and frustrating.
